I work from home so I thought I wouldn't really need a crate for the doggo I adopted, but he would completely wreck my window blinds every time I stepped out. He is much more calm in the crate when I leave the house now and even when he's not in the crate, he no longer jumps up onto the couch to paw aside the blinds so he can see out the window when I go out for a short time to do some yardwork. I live near a downtown stadium so if he gets too worked up over fireworks, he'll calm down a lot when I have him go in the crate. The crate was easy to snap into place and seems perfectly sturdy for a 60 lb pit. I put his bedding and a chew toy in the crate and gave him a rawhide treat every day for a few days so he could get used to being inside it while I was home but in another room. He chooses to chill in his crate about as often as his dog bed. Really glad I got it, and at a good price, too.

I bought this as a low price deal and did not expect it to be such great quality. The metal is strong and stable. Fits my small toy Poodle perfectly. Having doors on both sides is really helpful because it allows me to move the kennel around my house as needed. There is nice removable tray in the bottom for easy cleaning if needed. Its a little on the heavy side, which is to be expected for the strong metal. It's easily collapsed for condensed storage too. Very happy with this purchase.

We had a large crate for our cattle dog/pittie mix and while it worked fine to keep our excitable dog away from our granddaughter as needed, it just took up to much space. We got the combo Medium crate and our dog love's this one even more. The price was attractive. Our dog is 21” nose to base of tail and 19” tall - this crate gives her plenty of turning space. We didn’t need it for potty training so I can’t speak to that although the bottom tray is a nice feature. The crate folds and opens pretty easily.

I bought this from Pets Friendly Supplier for my maltese at the age of 2 months and he is use to it already. It has a pull out tray so you can place dog pads on and insert back under the cage for urinary purposes. I highly recommend. Its easy to carry and he cannot open.

I wanted to make sure to leave a review and hopefully help any fellow french bulldog parents. We just rescued our boy and were having trouble with house training after his stint in the shelter kennel. This crate is a great quality and value and it worked wonders to solve our problem. However, when ordering I was having trouble choosing a size and everything I read recommended a 36"/medium size crate for this breed. After much consideration I went with the medium and it was definitely too small! At 25 pounds he is considered medium, but this guy JUST BARELY fit. He was miserable and we felt very badly for him. I returned it in exchange for the large size and it was PERFECT. So if you have a french bulldog, don't debate and just go for the large size.

I was really nervous at first to get a metal crate as i have heard of horror stories of puppies getting their jaws stuck in the gaps. Thankfully the spacing is close enough that there is no way my little one could get her jaw stuck! The latches on this gate are super easy to open and close but do not budge when the puppy paws at them. Overall i love this crate and makes me feel at ease knowing i have somewhere to put my puppy when i am out of the house!

We previously purchased the double door crate, 18 inch. That was a sturdy, affordable crate we were highly impressed with. Our puppy Pip was so small at 8 weeks (1.75 lb) we believed he wouldn’t outgrow it. Pip surprised us by doubling his weight 2 months in a row and outgrowing his first crate, so at 4 months (9 lb) we decided to get the 24-inch single door this time. He settled in without prompting and loves his new big boy crate! You want the crate to be just big enough for the dog to stand and be able to turn around, excess space is not recommended for dogs that are being house-trained as more space means they have less reason to hold their bladder while crated. We use our crate for when we leave the house and Pip is not supervised (at least until he outgrows those destructive puppy tendencies), and during dinner time; instead of him begging under foot he has learned that laying in the crate while we're eating means we will share treats, so he waits in there willingly with the gate open.

I have a 95lb. amstaff and he has so much room and I was scared it wasn’t going to be tall enough but it is perfect gives him so much room to stretch stand up straight and turn around no problem I actually crawled in it to get him use to it and we both could fit in it. It came a lot bigger then I thought actually had to collapse it just to fit it in the doorway to get it in the other room where I wanted it it’s heavy duty and great quality especially considering the price would 100% buy again.

We have a 7 month old puppy who developed a fear of her crate. We don't know what caused it, but we weren't able to get passed it, so we bought a new one from pets friendly supplier - THIS one. She's decided she LOVES it. We had no problems with sharp places, no problems with set up... nothing. We let her play in it for a day and that night she slept in it. At this point, I don't even have to tell her to go to bed, I just start turning out the lights and she runs into her kennel and waits to be tucked in - a 1000 degree change from the old one! I'm still trying to find a cover for it though, it seems to be a bit longer than exactly 22 inches and the standard covers aren't fitting. Regardless, if I have a puppy who is happy to go to bed at night, I can deal with a crate cover being a bit big. :)

This heavy-duty crate feels durable without being overly heavy. I got the crate within days but set aside the divider since the puppy was large enough. The wire has a wonderful, smooth feel with no burrs nor flimsiness and I appreciate the paw-proof, double latches, though most of the time I use but one. The side out tray is well made and textured to be less slippery for paws. My Border Collie voluntarily goes in to "chill" and get away from bossy humans. I high;y recommend this product as best in quality and value.

I had just rescued a 4 month old Belgian Malinois. He had a problem with chewing toys and shoes, as well as corner of the walls. My family and I just wanted to have a place for him to stay while we weren’t watching him. And this crate was PERFECT. He had a problem with it at first, he wouldn’t want to go inside and started chewing on the sides of the crate but, not even a scratch is on there. Now he goes in voluntarily. Just make sure you measure your dog before getting the crate, I had to return the first one I bought because I was just eyeing it.

Excellent crate for the money. My last Boxer hated his crate and because he ate furniture as an appetizer, he had to be crated when we left. He bent the crate (not this crate) at the bottom to where he was able to get out. Thank God he didn't get stuck. I wouldn't use this crate for that type of pup. I have a 7mth old Boxer who is calm in his crate thanks to his breeder who started crate training before he even came home. Jagger is quite big already, 24in at his whithers, 36in long from snout to base of tail, and I am guessing that he is approximately 60-65lbs. I hoped that this would be his last crate that he needed but I think that I will have to buy the largest available. I wouldn't hesitate buying this again for a calmer non escape artist.

I bought this to house a stray cat I rescued. (Within 2 weeks she decided to exit the crate, join the household and take over my office.) This crate had enough room for a small litter box, cat bed and an area for food and moving around. The open design (as opposed to a large plastic crate) allowed me to either let my cat have a view of the room and some light or covering the crate with a blanket and allow her to have a safe place. The large door made it easy to reach in and change food/water bowls and remove the litter box for cleaning. I'm sure that this would work great for dogs but its design allows it flexibility for other purposes.

We got our puppy about 3 months ago. The previous owners were using a travel carrier as her kennel. She's a small breed so I didn't think much about it. But I had started to notice that she couldn't turn around as easy and realized she had grown a couple inches. So I wanted to get her a proper kennel so she has more room. My husband and I opted for a 36 inch and we realized that it's quite large and that we could probably have survived with a 24 inch. But we didn't want to do the hassle of returning so now she has a small mansion. She was very unsure of it at first but after a pretty long and busy day outside, my husband put her in and she went right to sleep. I think she realized she had room to stretch out and turn around and sit up and got more comfortable with it. She still doesn't like going in the kennel but it's a definite upgrade to the carrier.
